How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?
Orders can 3 to 5 business days to process before shipping. Once your order has been fulfilled, your order cannot be cancelled and the shipping option cannot be changed.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?
We try our best to double check before we ship. But if this happens, we would be happy to provide a solution. Please contact us via email within 5 days of receipt quoting the order number and providing a photo of the wrong item.
What if the package arrives damaged?
While we take great care to pack your order, there are circumstances beyond our control. If this is the case, we are very sorry to hear that. Please contact us via email within 5 days of arrival quoting the order number and providing a photo of the damaged item. We would be more than happy to help.
My package has not arrived yet. What can I do?
Unfortunately, once the package is in transit, how long it takes for it to arrive is totally out of our control. It depends on the carriers and custom clearance in your own country. We provide a tracking number for every order so you can check the status.
