Refund policy
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted on orders that are not yet processed. Once they are fulfilled, they cannot be cancelled.
Returns
In principle, all sales are considered final (please see exceptions below), the reason being that we would like to encourage responsible buying and reduce the waste of resources. Please reach out when you are in doubt about any item.
There are a few exceptions, however: if you have received a wrong or an defective/damaged item; or if you live in Japan and purchased yarn; if you live in the EU.
Wrong/defective/damaged item
If the item(s) you received is/are defective/damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out at infor@myriadeonline.jp within 5 business days. We will try out best to make it right.
Yarn exchanges and returns
Yarn exchanges and returns within Japan are accepted provided that the skeins are in their original condition with the labels on. We cannot accept any exchanges and returns once they are wound into balls.
You’ll need to send the item(s) back at your own expenses to the following address alongside with the receipt or proof of purchase :

European Union 14 day cooling off period
By law, EU customers can cancel or return their orders within 14 days of receipt of items. Please note that import duties/taxes collected by your government will not be part of the return.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us at info@myriadeonline.jp within 14 days after receiving your item(s), and the item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it/them, ie. in its/their original packaging, with tags AND unopened.
You’ll need to send the item(s) back at your own expenses to the following address alongside with the receipt or proof of purchase :

We may ask you to send us a screenshot of the item(s) before we accept your request.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
