Shipping

Orders are usually shipped out within 3-5 business days. It  may take 10 to 20 business days for your package to arrive after the order is dispatched. All packages will be tracked and tracking numbers will be provided. 

We cannot guarantee delivery times due to possible delays with customs, carrier issues, and other unforeseen circumstances like postal strikes and natural disasters.

We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays/problems due to wrong information provided by the customers (eg. address). 

Carriers

Domestic orders will be shipped via Japan Post. International orders will be shipped via Japan Post, ECMS, Orange Connex or Yamato International.

Taxes/customs

For our US customers, we will be shipping DDP (delivered duty paid). For all other countries, customers are responsible for any taxes/duties involved.

We will resort to other carriers when local postal services are on strike or disrupted.
