Shipping Options and Rates

Shipping rates depend on weight, size, the courier, and whether the items will be delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

There is no shipping charge for digital products eg. gift cards, patterns

Domestic Shipping 

Packages will be sent out via Japan Post or Yamato

Free shipping on orders over ¥4,500 within Japan (except for Hokkaido and Okinawa)

A flat rate of ¥650 for orders over ¥4,500 going to Hokkaido and Okinawa

Estimated standard delivery time: 3-5 days

International Shipping

Packages will be sent out DDU via Japan Post, ECMS or Orange Connex with tracking. Customers (except for the US) are responsible for all the customs and duties involved while importing.

For orders going to the US, orders will be shipped DDP.

Estimated standard delivery time: 10-30 days (depends on carriers and customs)
